This challenge is perfect for introverts, shy speakers, or anyone lacking confidence in their English. It’s suitable for learners from A2 to C1 levels, with separate challenges tailored to your level.

Self-Paced: You’ll receive daily prompts and exercises to practise on your own. With Classes: You get everything in the self-paced version plus weekly live 1-1 classes for real speaking practice and feedback.

Just 10–20 minutes per day, but you can practise longer if you like! The key is consistency. If you buy the 1-1 class option you will need to commit an extra 1 hour per week for 4 weeks.

No worries! You can catch up anytime. The challenge is designed to be flexible - there’s no pressure, just progress.
